I set up my Blog!
The hardest habit for me will be Habit 4- confidence in myself as a competent and effective learner. I love to learn, but it's stressful until the point that I absolutely "get it", and can then use that new knowledge correctly. I think Habit 3 plays a big part here, so I'll work on that.
The easiest is Play. Because when I'm playing, nervousness and anxiety go right out the window. It's like learning by accident!
